Swabian Maultaschen in cream sauce
Maultaschen are filled dumplings, traditionally from Swabia. They are served in a leek, ham and cream sauce with a delicious mixture of leek, ham and cream. The savoury pastry and spicy filling harmonize perfectly with the creamy sauce, which gives the dish a delicious touch.
